Who should respond

This survey is for care home workers and visiting health and care professionals, including GPs, community nurses, pharmacists, therapists, paramedics and social workers.

How your evidence will be used

DAUK will use responses to understand heat risks, inform policy and support calls for safer working and living temperatures. Statistics and quotations may be published in anonymised form.

Before you begin

Do not include names or details that could identify a resident, member of staff or care home. Please submit one response for each home.
